A large grant will lower the cost-per-outcome as significant growth achieves economies of scale.

The people and project plans are in place; growth capital is the missing ingredient preventing accelerated impact.
Measurable Outcomes
A proven process for measuring outcomes in people’s lives with the ability to report results for up to 5 years after gift is made.
